Abstract:
      The reclaimed rubber was prepared by two-step mechanochemical method,and the effects of the initial temperature of the mixer,the temperature and mixing time of the intelligent mixing mill and storage time at constant temperature on the regeneration effect were investigated.The results showed that,the reclaimed rubber possessed good physical properties under the conditions of initial mixer temperature of 65~75℃,the intelligent mixing mill temperature of 40℃,mixing time of 38~40 min,and storage time at constant temperature of 80 min.The reclaimed rubber surface was uniform and continuous,and the regeneration effect was good.
