Abstract: This paper mainly studies the influence of different grades of carbon black on the physical and mechanical properties of chloroprene rubber vulcanizate, and the application of different grades of carbon black in the adhesion between neoprene and brass. It is found that the vulcanizate with good physical and mechanical properties can be obtained when carbon black N330 or carbon black N550 are used. Both physical bonding and chemical bonding, using carbon black N550 formula of the initial pull force and resistance to aging pull force and pull force are the biggest after water corrosion. |
