Abstract: |
The finite element model of flow field in the air inlet section of spring vent was established by CFX software. The velocity field distribution,pressure field distribution and air outlet flow curve of the channel flow field were analyzed by computational fluid dynamics(CFD). The simulation results showed that the right-angle transition of stem conical and cylindrical surface changed to arc transition(R=0. 3 mm),the channel bend vortex was eliminated,the outlet flow rate increased by 22. 5% to 1.74×10-4 kg·s-1,and the maximum axial aerodynamic force was reduced by 29. 4% and down to about 1. 2 N. |
