Abstract: |
In this paper, rubber dynamic forming technology is put forward. Experimental research is carried out on the self-developed dynamic experimental platform, and the feasibility of rubber dynamic forming technology is proved. The experimental results show that the rubber dynamic forming process will effectively improve the flowability of the rubber, reduce the injection pressure greatly, improve the filling length and reduce the energy consumption. |
