Abstract:
In this paper, in northern Thailand on the 20th standard rubber STR20 BD4, in southern Thailand on the 20th standard rubber STR20 BD2, Malaysia on the 20th standard rubber SMR 20 and Myanmar on the 20th standard rubber MSR 20 were studied. The results showed that In the composition, the raw rubber SMR 20 and STR20 BD2 addition to containing cis-polyisoprene, also contain small amounts of 3,4 structural units. The content of protein of the raw rubber SMR20 was the highest, and its antioxidant ability was the best; In terms of processability,SMR 20 has the best processability and the lowest gel content ,but STR20 BD4 has the worst processability. In the mechanical properties, SMR20 and STR20 BD4 tensile stress, tensile strength, wear resistance is better than MSR20, but the tear resistance is poor than MSR20. DMA test showed that SMR20 had the best moisture resistance, low rolling resistance and excellent dynamic mechanical properties.
