Abstract: |
The effects of dicumyl peroxide (DCP)/N, N’-m-phenylene dismaleimide (HVA-2) ratio, carbon black N550 amount and paraffin oil amount on the compression set of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) at 23℃ and 150℃ were studied by orthogonal test, respectively. In the experimental range, the results indicated that the major influence factor of the compression set at room temperature and high temperature was different. The paraffin oil amount had a significant effect on the compression set at room temperature. The DCP/HVA-2 ratio had a significant effect on the compression set at high temperature. But the N550 amount had less effect on both the compression set at room and high temperature. |
