Abstract:
In this paper, the effect of carbon black on the performance of rubber damper is studied. The results show that with the increase of the amount of carbon black, the tensile and tear strength of the rubber are increasing first and then decreasing. The static stiffness, dynamic stiffness and hardness of the rubber damper show an increasing trend, and the loss factor shows a decreasing trend, The vibration transmission rate is the highest, and the vibration transmission rate is the smallest when the amount of carbon black is 20, the vibration performance of the shock absorber is the best; and the amount of carbon black - hardness, carbon black - static stiffness, Mathematical model of dynamic stiffness.
