Abstract: |
The effects of mixing process on the properties of HPR850/CB24 compounds filled by silica was investigated. The mixing process difference as follows, whether there is the platform of 150 ℃, Whether silica is fed once. The results showed that When the mixing process are the platform of 150 ℃ and silica fed by once,it can improve the dispersion of silica and inhibit the formation of filler network, And the silane reaction of silica, si69 and rubber molecules were promoted. the crosslink density of SBR vulcanizates increased greatly. At the same time, it also imparted vulcanizates with better resistance property and better mechanical property . |
