Abstract: |
CIIR/PR composites were prepared by adding petroleum resin (PR) to the chlorinated butyl rubber (CIIR), and a high damping seismic isolation rubber bearing was made. The dynamic mechanical properties, elastic properties and mechanical properties were characterized by DMA, and a tensile tester. The result shows that, The dynamic loss factor peaks of CIIR/PR composite broadened and moved to high temperature damping area compared with those of pure NR. With the increase of PR content, the tensile strength and modulus of compression were gradually decreased, but elongation at break and and determination of compression set were increased obviously. When the ratio of CIIR/PR to 100/10, it has the maximum modulus of compression and the smaller determination of compression set, and the damping temperature range was broadened, at the same time ,the tensile strength and elongation at break can meet the standard of the Ministry of communications. Applied to the vertical stiffness preparation、horizontal equivalent stiffness of high damping seismic isolation rubber bearing have reached the standard requirements, is a kind of ideal high damping seismic isolation rubber bearing material. |
