Abstract:
      The ultrafine silica(SiO2)fibers were prepared by electrospinning technique,and the influence of SiO2 fibers on the physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the tread compound was investigated.The results showed that,the SiO2 fibers had a larger ratio of length to diameter,fine dispersion was achieved in the compound,and the modulus at 100% elongation of the composites was improved.The fiber reinforced composite had the lowest loss factor at 60~80 ℃ when the fiber orientation was parallel to the force.Meanwhile,the composite had the higher loss factor at -20~0 ℃ when the fiber orientation was perpendicular to the force.
