Abstract:
      The thermally conductive and electrical insulated 1-part RTV silicone rubber with good anti-sedimentation property was prepared by using ZnO,nano TiO2,nano SiO2 and nano Al2O3 as anti-settling agents.The original rubber was based on αω-alkyloxypolysiloxane as matrix material and Al2O3 as thermally conductive filler. The anti-sedimentation property,thermal conductivity and electrical insulating property of the obtained silicone rubber were investigated. The results showed that when a single anti-settling agent from ZnO,nano TiO2,nano SiO2 and nano Al2O3 was used and the addition levels for each of them were 8,0.8,0.8 and 0.5 phr, respectively,meanwhile the combined addition level of Al2O3 and anti-settling agent was 75 phr,the anti-sedimentation performance of silicone rubber was excellent,the thermal conductivity was improved,and the physical properties and insulating property changed little.
