Abstract:
      Based on ABAQUS software,the finite element model of 255/30R22 tire was established,the hot steam and direct pressure vulcanization processes were simulated and their vulcanization effciency was compared under the same condition.The results showed that,the heat source of direct pressure vulcanization processes was stable,the temperature was higher and controlled,the vulcanization efficiency of direct pressure curing process was increased by one third.
