Abstract: |
Amphiphilic copolymer P(MMA-co-AM)emulsion with different mass ratio of methyl methacrylate(MMA)/acrylamide(AM) was synthesized,and natural rubber latex(NRL)/P(MMA-co-AM)emulsion blend film was prepared.The effect of different mass ratio of NRL/P(MMA-co-AM)emulsion on the properties of blend film was investigated.The results showed that,compared with NRL/PMMA blend film,the number of holes on the surface of NRL/P(MMA-co-AM)emulsion blend film was reduced significantly,and the tensile strength increased.When the mass ratio of MMA/AM was 27/3 and a mass ratio of NRL/P(MMA-co-AM)emulsion was 80/20,the tensile strength growth and solvent resistance of NRL/P(MMA-co-AM)emulsion blend film were the best. |
