| Abstract: |
| Torsion beam hinge plays an important role in automobile suspension. Performance of TPI/NR blends and their application on torsion beam hinge as automobile shock absorber product had been researched in this paper.Results showed that under the condition of keeping the physical properties of the raw material unchanged, the tensile fatigue properties,flex fatigue resistance properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the TPI/NR blends were highly improved when a small amount of eucommia rubber was mixed in the original natural rubber system. Fatigue performance of automobile torsion beam hinge had been improved for three times when TPI/NR blends were applicated in it.Application of eucommia rubber in automobile shock absorber products is well expected. |
