Abstract: |
:The effect of storage time of SSBR/BR filled with carbon black on extrusion rheological behavior was investigated by means of capillary rheometer, RPA,extruder and several other measurement characterization methods. The results show that the bound rubber content and the relaxation time and the Mooney viscosity increase with the increasing storage time, besides, both of them have the similar changing characteristics. The payne effect and the storage modulus of the rubber compound also increase with the extending storage time, indicates that the carbon black aggregates agglomerate to some degree in the storage process. The shearing viscosity increases slightly with the increasing storage time. The entrance pressure loss increases with the extending storage time, besides, the effect of temperature is obvious. The zigzag flaw shows up on the extrudate edge at 48 hours. The sample have the minimum swelling ratio at 24 hours. To sum up, as for the system,24 hours is the best storage time. |
