Abstract: The effects of the kinds and quantity of the filler, curing system, curing conditions and blending with NR and BR on anti-crack growth performance of NR / BR composite were investigated. The results show that, for the NR / BR composite, the dosage of carbon black in a certain range, the amount and type of carbon black had an influence on anti-crack growth performance; there were worse anti-crack growth performance when the content of accelerant or extend the curing time were improved; on the contrary, there were better anti-crack growth performance for NR / BR composite when the vulcanizing temperature or the dosage of sulfur. Simultaneously, when the NR / BR composite had the different blend ratio of NR / BR, carbon black distribution or vulcanization system, had a difference to anti-crack growth performance. |
