Abstract: |
The classification, performance and applications of millable polyurethane rubber are introduced. The influence of chemical structure on mechanical properties of millable polyurethane rubber is discussed. Chemical structure include polyester structure (polyester adipates , polycaprolactone), vulcanizing agent (peroxide, sulfur, isocyanates) and reinforcing agents (carbon black, silica). It is indicated that curing system is one of the main factors mechanical properties of millable polyurethane rubber. |
