Focus on the problem that the friction noise caused by the poor exhaust of the sunroof weatherstrip during compression,the finite element analysis software Abaqus and the orthogonal test method were used to optimize the weatherstrip design.The results showed that the position of the air vent had the greatest influence on the compressive force of the weatherstrip.When 4 of Φ2 mm air vents were arranged along the length direction of the weatherstrip,the noise of the weatherstrip during compression was the lowerest. |
