Abstract: |
The reasonable gate location and quantity in the injection system are very important. This paper takes the full plastic non pneumatic tire as an example, the gate location and quantity are analyzed using moldflow software. Mechanical analysis of tire after molding of each options is studied by moldflow-digimat-abaqus combined simulation. Through the analysis and comparison of different schemes, the optimal gate lacation and quantity are obtained. |
