| This article describes the structural design,formulation design, production processes and product performance of the impact-resistant rubber dam. Skeleton material is one layer of steel cord net, two layers of nylon 66 canvas and one layer of steel cord net. The canvas is soft and flex resistance, the steel cord net is rigidity and impact resistance. The outer layer of rubber selects CSM. It has good weather resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, bright colors. Rubber compound is added petroleum resin to improve the impact resistance. Plug and dam is seamless lap, vulcanization molding. The downstream side of the dam bag is designed spoiler to reduce the dam shock and vibration. Crest overflow stream to scour spoiler, forming beautiful waterfalls. It extends service life to brush the inner and outer layers of the same color CSM. The design height of the product is 6.0 meters. The service life is 30 years. |
