Abstract: |
The impact of conveyor belt running deviation on reliability and optimization design of driving drum was investigated by Ansys Workbench finite element analysis software.The results showed that,conveyor belt running deviation could change the stress and strain distribution of driving roller to be more prone to the risk of damage on the central section of the cylindrical shell,contact area of the web/cylin-drical shell and web/the hub on both sides,and affect the sensitivity of design variables of driving roller to the objective functions,which had a certain impact on the reliability and optimization design of driving roller. |
