Abstract: |
The influence of clamping way and embedded length of steel cord on the measuring results of adhesion for rubber-steel cord were investigated. The results showed that, the impact of the clamping force on the measuring result of the pull out force of rubber-steel cord could be eliminated by adopting fixture with groove structure;both the static pull out force and maximum elongation became bigger with the increasing of embedded length of steel cord, but the adhesion strength per unit length decayed exponentially;the friction force existed in the adhesion of rubber and steel cord, the longer the length of steel cord embedded in rubber was,the longer the time from adhesion failure to thorough adhesion failure was. |
