Abstract:
      The viscoelastic properties of rubber material make it has large quantity of heatSunder the periodic load, while the rubber is a poor conductor of heat, it is easy to cause the heat accumulation, so the tires produce thermal damage easily.In order to solve this problem, Aeolus Tyre Co., Ltd and Beijing University of Chemical Technology in support of the project of the national basic research program of China (973 Program), on low heat high thermal conductive rubber composites were engineering research. Firstly, through the mixing experiment of small mixer, performance results has reached the requirements of the preparation of tires compared with the test using two roll mill. Then using a method of mixing technology at low temperatureSto achieve large scale continuous production, The thermal conductivity of the prepared carbon nanotubes thermal conductive rubber was improved by 50% compared with the contrast rubber.SThe thermal conductive rubber was successfully added to the engineering tire, and the tire performance was good.
