Abstract: |
Metal feed contained different proportion of metal powder and binder were prepared by mixer mixing, comparing the experimental feeding flow performance of different metal feed binder content, comparison of the effects of metal powder content on the feedstock melt index and changes of apparent viscosity with shear rate at different temperatures in different metal powders, we get the best feeding formula with the best injection molding experiment. The results show that with the increase of binder content, flow properties of metal feedstock has been improved. Before reaching the metal powder mass fraction of 92.6%, melting index rose sharply, when reaching 92.6%, melt index to rise slowly. |
