Abstract: |
The effect of different coagent on the property of the natural rubber based on the sulfur and peroxide curing system was investigated by Orthogonal Design Method. The results showed that zinc methylacrylate(ZDMA)、Triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) and N, N′-m-Phenylene Bismaleimide(HVA-2) had highly significant effect on the tensile strength of NR composites. The addition level of ZDMA、HVA-2 and TAIC had significant effect on the tear strength and fatigue property. 1,4-butylenediacrylate (BDDA) had influence on the tensile strength tear strength and fatigue property. ZDMA had significant effect on the aging resistance, and the other factor had some extent influence of NR composites. The optimized curing system was as follows: ZDMA/2,HVA-2/1.5,TAIC/0.5,BDDA/0.5 |
