Abstract: |
High temperature wear tests were carried out under different temperature, angle, load and pavement conditions using high temperature wear testing machine,in order to obtain rubber wear specimens of different morphologies. The surface morphology images of rubber samples were collected and characterized by means of 3Dmeasuring microscope, and were processed by black-white binarization. Using fractal theory to establish a model of multifractal spectrum analysis, the surface wear morphology of plastic strip under different experimental conditions was analyzed quantitatively, and the distribution characteristics of surface wear morphology was described qualitatively. The results show that the surface morphology of rubber composites has obvious fractal characteristics, the four experimental conditions of temperature, angle, load, pavementhave a certain regularity effect on the surface abrasion morphology of plastic strip. Under different temperature, angle, load, road test conditions, rubber wear performance has the following relations: wear80℃>wear60℃>wear25℃, wear20°>wear15°>wear10°, wear37.38N>wear32.04N>wear26.7N, wear36#>wear40#. |
