Abstract: |
The rubber performance of JSR EP33 and Jihua J-4045 were compared by conducting experiment of the raw rubber, gross rubber and vulcanized rubber. Both of their Mooney viscosity, average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution had the similar values. The experimental results showed that the EP33 rubber had the shorter curing time, higher elastic torque and smaller tanδ value than that of J-4045 rubber. Furthermore, the tensile strength of the EP33 rubber and J-4045 rubber had the similar value when the strain was lower than 300%. The J-4045 vulcanized-rubber had better performance than the EP33 vulcanized-rubber on the tensile strength and aging process, but they had the converse relationship on the performance of compression permanent deformation and rebound resilience. In conclusion, the domestic J-4045 rubber had the potential alteration of JSR EP33 rubber when the formulating of recipe and process were well optimized. |
