Abstract: |
A method of GC-MS for the determination of amount of 12-nitrosamines migrated from infant nipple was developed. The sample was extracted with artificial saliva solution, and the extract was purified by dichloromethane. The results showed that limit of determination (10S/N) was 0.027mg/L~0.031mg/L, recovery was 86.9%~120%,and RSD was 4.25%~8.31%(n=7). 21 domestic and foreign brands of nipple samples were tested by the above method, of which 16 samples were detected in N- nitrosamines. |
