Abstract: |
the influence of hydroxymethylated lignin /silica ratio on enhancing adhesion between rubber and brass-plated steel cord was studied. The results showed that with decreasing Hydroxymethylated Lignin /silica ratio, the adhesion strength of vulcanizates first increased and then decreased. The SEM photographs of H pull-out displayed that the adhesive failure mainly occurred in the rubber phase, which indicating that Hydroxymethylated Lignin /silica ratio can improve the adhesion strength between Rubber and Brass-plated Steel Cord effectively. |
