Abstract: |
This paper is focus on the effect of Sericite which is replaced carbon black partly on the heat generate and conduct of vulcanized rubber . The results show that the ShoreSAShardness remained the same when one dosage sericites replaced two dosage carbon black . the composites could keep good physicalSandSmechanicalSproperties when the dosage of sericites was less than 20phr. With the ratio of sericites added the tanδ、G''of vulcanized rubber has declined and temperature rise in center of rubber block decreased. The temperature decrease value of center and bottom of vulcanized rubber also reduced. |
