| Cork-rubber gaskets are composites of rubber with cork, both the compressibility of cork, but also has high elasticity and flexibility of rubber, the protective shield tunnel segment lining from damage. Formulation research results show that, NBR better than NR and SBR. Mid-high acrylonitrile content and moderate Mooney viscosity NBR and particle size of 0.3mm-0.5mm cork powder is a better choice. It was also found that the addition of dialkyl thiourea as accelerator can increase the speed and degree of crosslinking and non-blooming, Hindered phenol antioxidant WL superior to conventional light-colored antioxidants.
