| Abstract: |
| In this study，the influence of filling factor on the continuous mastication effect of natural rubber was investigated.The experimental testing results showed that the optimum plasticizing result could be achieved when the temperatures of plasticizing section，pin section，extruding section barrels and rotor head were 40，50，60 and 70 ℃ ，respectively，rotor speed was 30 r·min-l，and fillini factor was 0.6. Under the optimized processing condition，the Mooney viscosity of natural rubber decreased to maximum extent and the masticated rubber was more uniform. |
