Abstract: |
The linear viscoelastic constitutive relation of foam rubber-like materials is derived in this paper, according to the linear viscoelastic theory and a tetrakaidecahedron model. Viscoelastic mechanical behavior of the materials is analyzed by the linear viscoelastic constitutive equation. The parameters of constitutive model are determined by fitting the uniaxial compression experiment of foam silicone rubber. The experimental verification and the error analysis show that the model is shown to be able to predict the finite deformation viscoelastic mechanical behavior of foam rubber-like materials in different densities. |
