Abstract:
      Graphene oxide/Chloroprene rubber (GO/CR) nanocomposites were prepared by latex compounding. The cure characteristic, mechanical properties, dynamic properties, and wear resistance were investigated. The dispersion of GO and inorganic fillers was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the GO uniformly dispersed in the CR matrix, and was beneficial to the dispersion of inorganic fillers. GO/CR nanocomposites showed improved processing safety,high mechanical properties, enhanced wear resistance. The optimum properties were obtained at 5phr GO.
