Abstract: |
By using different ratio of high vinyl polybutadiene(HVBR) as auxiliary crosslinking agent together with dicumyl peroxide as main crosslinking to trigger tetrafluoroethylene-propylene rubber(FEPM) to prepare new crosslinking structure of HVBR/FEPM rubber. And characterizing its properties of vulcanization, mechanical properties, fracture morphology, swelling degree and thermal property. The results showed that, the tensile strength and hardness of the composites increased and process safety and liquidity are optimal while the elongation decreased as the addition of HVBR. Its glass-transition temperature is close to that of FEPM, and its glass-transition temperature increased and its thermal property improved as the addition of HVBR. |
