Abstract: |
By using natural rubber as master batch and bis[γ-(triethoxysilyl)propyl]tetrasulfide(Si-69) as modifier, the natural rubber/in-situ grafting modified silica was prepared. The effect of silica modification on the reinforcing performance of natural rubber was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, rubber processing analyzer and scanning electron microscopy, etc. The results showed silica by in-situ grafting modification will conduced to the improvement of the dispersion in rubber matrix and the compatibility of rubber matrix, the promotion of the process safety and curing efficiency, and the improvement of the physical mechanical properties of the rubber materials. |
