Abstract: |
Hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) nanosheet is a novel high thermal conductivity and high aspect ratio filler that has the potential to substantially enhance the thermal conductivity of polymer composites. In order to increase the dispersion of BN in the matrix, the surface treatment of BN were coated by a silane coupling agent.Firstly increase the amount of surface functional groups of BN through activating the surface of boron nitride, then treat the surface of BN with a coupling agent .BN / SiR composites is prepared using a double planetary vacuum mixer. In this article, the activating and grafting of BN were studied, the influences of process to surface modification of BN was also investigated. Results showed that modification process and the surface of the graft have a great impact on BN. the surface of BN also affect thermal properties of composites, |
