Abstract: |
Zinc oxide has been widely used in rubber production as a kind of good curing agent, but the presence of zinc base material has adverse effect on human health and ecological system of the environmental problems. so how to reduce the content of zinc in rubber formulations of rubber industry has become the important research topic. Nanometer zinc oxide has the unique advantages of nanoparticles, so it can achieve the purpose of reducing the content of zinc. but the nanoparticles tend to reunion and limit the nano effect, therefore, we consider to choose a kind of new varieties of nanometer zinc oxide. This is a zinc oxide nanoparticles coated on the carrier of new products, it can increase the activity of reaction and reduce the reunion, inSfavourSof giving full play to the advantages of nanoparticles, at the same time, effectively reduce the residual amount of zinc in rubber products. This work we respectively use ordinary zinc oxide, nano zinc oxide, new type nano zinc oxide (C, A, S) as activator. The classification of new nano zinc oxide is according to different carrier. The carrier of C is calcium carbonate, the carrier of A is alumina, and the carrier of S is siliconSdioxide. By testing the various performances, key research new type nano zinc oxide on the comprehensive properties of rubber composite. The experiment results show that, Compared with others, new nano zinc oxide as an activator, can take a marked decline in zinc usage cases, then was prepared to or even better than the ordinary zinc oxide products performance of rubber composites. Among them, the three dosage of A type nanometer zinc oxide has optimal activation, and the rubber composites have the best comprehensive performance. |
