| Abstract: |
| This article examines the different dosage of KH550 the vulcanization characteristics of carbon black filled NR,dynamic performance and the influence of the physical and mechanical properties.Results show that KH550join reduced scorch time and curing time,corsslinking degree is obviously improved. KH550 amount for 2 reach maximum hardness and tensile strength,tesile elongation decreases,rebound and compression permanent deformation has improved significantly;Payne effect of KH550 and effectively reduces the addition of carbon black,improve the crosslinking density of rubber and carbon black dispersion,rubber significantly lower loss factor and dynamic heating,rubber dynamic performance improved significantly. |
