Abstract: |
Electrochemical reaction method has been used to study the influence of silane coupling agent on the property of vulcanization bonding between NBR and iron under electric field .The interface between NBR-Fe has been characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). Moreover, factors affecting the adhesive properties and physic-mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber have also been studied. The results showed that the electric field intensity , the type of Conductive filler and the content of silane coupling agent has obvious influence on adhesive properties. In addition, the content of silane coupling agent not only has big influence on the adhesive properties, but also affect the electrical conductivity and the physic-mechanical properties of NBR. |
