Abstract: |
Chlorinated natural rubber (CNR)、viscosity resin tentatively dissolved in organic solvent, coating solution of bead wire was prepared. Adhesion properties of bead wire and rubber were measured, and adhesive mechanism of bead wire-coating-rubber was analyzed by “filter-paper” experiment, the results are as follows: CNR coating improved adhesion properties of bead wire and rubber obviously, and adhesion properties were more outstanding when CNR was used in combination with viscosity resin. Bead wire was covered with coating solution, as organic solvent evaporated, honeycombed coating was formed, the surface of bead wire was infiltrated adequately by coating. In the process of vulcanization adhesion, bead wire and rubber were adhered together closely by coating, and coating enhanced interphase adhesion strength and adhesivity. |
