Abstract: |
Optimal feed formula was determined through contrast experiments of feed flow ability. In addition, the feed formula was injected into precise injection molding machine under the optimum process conditions used by intervertebral fusion cage mold and sintered at 1350 °C to prepare intervertebral fusion cage. The key size of fusion cage could be seen stable through measurement, and they had high precision, which can meet demands in practical use. Degreasing metal powder occupied an impressive proportion in machine body, and adhesive was basically removed observed by SEM, which provided fundamental security for sintering; Surface of finally sintered products was smooth, surface height differences of specimens was within 10μm, and products had good surface finish observed by 3D measuring laser microscope. |
