Abstract: |
Through the study of surface temperature measurement for moving fingerprint and analyzed its key technologies and difficulties,designed to improve the temperature measuremnet accuracy,reduce labor intensity,to achiece rapid,accurate temperature measurement and automation to save the historical data. Non-contact revolving temperature measurement system control the entire automatic temperature measurement system by PLC.Stepper motor drives the infrared temperature sensor synchronously tracks the moving objects,and the sensor target object for a moment to ensure there is enough time for the sensor to establish an accurate data and automatically gathering and record. PC configuration system developed by force control configuration, in order to monitor the temperature of fingerprint. Experimental results show that collected temperature by rotary temperature measurement have a high precision,achieve the requirement of factory,and have a good prospects. |
