Abstract: |
The effects of RFL dipping treatment on mechanical properties of continuous basalt fiber(CBF) cord and adhesive properties between CBF cord and natural rubber/styrene butadiene rubber matrix were investigated. The results showed that the RFL dipping treatment could effectively improve the mechanical properties of CBF cord, the adhesive property between CBF and rubber matrix was improved, and the fatigue life was improved significantly.Furthermore, after RFL dipping treatment, the interfacial fracture due to dynamic fatigue transfered from the interface of CBF cord and rubber to rubber matrix. |
