Abstract:
      Several factors which can affect the key properties of BIIR based inner liner were investigated via Mooney viscosity (MV), self-adhesive property, adhesive strength between rubber and cord fabric and SEM. Results showed that some amine anti-agent such as RD, 4010NA can cause a different degree increment of MV with the prolongation of storage days; Self-adhesive property decreased slightly with the increaseGof storage days; For BIIR compounds, the adhesive strength was affected obviously by the orientation of cord fabric and a relatively high strength was obtained while the fabric was forward, SEM pictures testified the result at the same time.
