| Abstract: |
| The influence of modification of silica with plasticizer ESO on the properties of solution NR was investigated .The results showed that ESO had successfully grafted onto the silica, and modification of silica with plasticizer ESO could decrease Mooney viscosity and Payne effect of NR compound , and improve its processing properties ;SEM showed the modified silica and NR matrix combined closely ;Shore A hardness of the vulcanizate was decreased and tensile strength increased .RPA analysis indicated that modification of silica with plasticizer ESO could decrease tanδ of NR compound at the condition of 60 ℃ and large strains .DTMA results showed that modification of silica with plasticizer ESO could increase tanδ of NR vulcanizate at 0 ℃, and thus increase the wet skid resistance of the composites . |
