Abstract: |
The surface chemical modified NBR (Si-NBR) were prepared using NaH as activator and Et3SiCl as modifier by reaction processing method. Reaction temperature and time were 90℃and 30 min respectively. The physical and dynamic mechanical properties of Si-NBR were studied. The results showed that Payne effect of Si-NBR decreased greatly, filler network improved effectively, heat-built by compression fatigue and the dynamic compression set decreased significantly. The structure of Si-NBR was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography. The results demonstrated that the group of -C-Si was successfully introduced into the molecular chains of NBR, the scission and crosslinking of rubber macromolecular chains did not happen in this process. |
