Abstract: |
This article use tandem rotor mixer and lower rotor using the new self-developed co-flow rotor and the previous intermeshing rotor, compared to two different rotor configuration mixing mechanism and the mixing process, according to the traditional all-steel radial tire formulation, design orthogonal test get different parameters experimental study. By comparing the performance of the rubber material analysis, to explore under tandem mixing technology thermostatic reaction mixing ,respect to the compound performance of the new co-flow rotor compared with intermeshing rotor. |
