Abstract:
      Ethanol and water were used to prepare the carbon black masterbatch with the preliminary flocculation method,and the dispersion of carbon black in the masterbatch and the properties of the vulcanizates were studied.The results showed that carbon black aggregate in the carbon black masterbatch prepared with preliminary flocculation method achieved nanometer dispersion,the carbon black dispersion was improved dramaticlly compare with that in control sample prepared with dry method.The physical properties of the preliminary flocculated vulcanizate were excellent,as well as the wear resistance and wet skid resistance.
