Abstract:
      11.00R20 truck and bus radial tire was taken as the research object,strain energy density gradient was proposed to evaluate tire fatigue life,and the influence of contour and structure parameters on the fatigue life of tuck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,with the radius of curvature of bead reducing,the tire fatigue life decreased,otherwise the tire fatigue life increased.With the radius of curvature of shoulder reducing,the tire fatigue life increased,otherwise the tire fatigue life decreased.With using 4 layers of belt,seting reasonable carcass turnup ends and the height difference between the steel wrie reinforcing layer and carcass turnup ends,the SEDG mode of the tires could be effectively reduced,so that the fatigue life of tire was improved.
